You Can Cook came to Portobello to show us how to make pickles and preserves, and answer your preserving questions.
There are many ways of preserving different foodstuffs. The techniques may take a little time, but this is amply rewarded by the superior quality of the finished product.
If fresh produce is preserved in your own home, you know that the quality is as good as you can make it. Not to mention the money you could be saving .
